Job Overview: A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to handle foreclosure-related matters. This individual will leverage legal expertise to support clients through the foreclosure process, ensuring seamless management and resolution of cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, representing clients in various hearings, and maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders.

Duties:

• Draft, review, and approve legal documents related to foreclosure proceedings.
• Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested foreclosures.
• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.
• Provide regular updates and conduct client meetings.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Barred and in good standing in DC/MD.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances within the state of Maryland.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in client systems, email, and phone correspondence.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work at a fast pace while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD).

Certifications:

• Barred and in good standing in DC/MD.
