Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to: Work with program staff and business analyst to analyze data, reporting requirements, business workflow processes, data flows, and system interfaces.

Coordinate with vendors, data analysts, and contractors on gap analysis and logical design.

Work with business analyst and developer to perform data extraction and transformation tasks.

Work with technical manager to ensure the team implements the correct software solution and the solution will meet the needs of the program.

Compile reports and activity status as requested by the project manager.

Work well in a matrixed team structure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, translating business/program subject matter information into project artifacts.

Prepare and execute a knowledge transfer.

Follow department level, and division level directives, best practices, standards, and methodologies, as appropriate or requested.

IT Specialist

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Mid-Level 36 - 60 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance. 48 months experience in Designing and implementing scalable cloud-based web applications using AWS.

48 months experience with analysis of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes.

48 months experience using Python to perform data processing, ETL and analysis.

36 months experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or similar ETL tool.

48 months experience with relational and NoSQL databases (like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc).

36 months experience with technical documentation

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
