The candidate must have 3-5+ years of significant experience in SEC reporting, SEC filings, public, and private securities offerings, and related matters; have a direct role in providing day-to-day support and attention to routine SEC filings, prospectuses, client press releases, board consents, and standard corporate and securities matters; have experience in public company reporting compliance, securities offerings, and the drafting of private placement memoranda, subscription documents, standard venture capital, and seed financing documents, and related blue sky filings. Should have California bar admission and excellent academic credentials; have strong critical analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and be naturally responsive and communicative.
