The candidate will be collaborating across our global team, we act on some of the most innovative, complex, and challenging projects in the world. should have 4-8 years of Project Development, M&A, or Project Finance experience. Must have prior experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, project development (including negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements), or project finance-specific transactions.
