The candidate will formulate strategy in litigation. Assess liability and damages and develop documentation required for a successful outcome. Handle motions, arbitrations, and jury trials. Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses and Manage heavy litigation caseload. California Bar membership in good standing is essential. Should have 2+ years of immigration law and/or criminal law. Excellent communication, research and writing skills are needed. Ability to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers are needed. Strong technological skills are a must. Strong technology skills (e-filing, electronic discovery, some experience with litigation software a plus) are required. Excellent communication and listening skills are needed.
