Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology (CFS )

Attorneys with 5 years of federal and state regulatory and licensing experience for Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with fintech clients. Experience with consumer and commercial lending, payments systems, and cryptocurrency is preferred but not required. Enforcement experience is also preferred. This position can be based in any Akerman office location and/or be remote. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed.
