The Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program is seeking a Risk Manager to join our mission in Silverdale, WA!
Key responsibilities include:
• Oversight of the Risk and Opportunity Management program at the Lockheed Martin Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific.
• Develop and administer Risk and Opportunity Management practices for new or existing programs.
• Determine, monitor and reviews risk and opportunities from identification through to closure.
• Analysis of potential effects of risks and opportunities to cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Formulate and recommend corrective action, intervention and problem solving to senior managers, project managers and risk subject matter experts.
• Serve as a consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans and objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Risk Management experience
• Program Management Experience (ie EVM or equivalent cost, schedule, technical performance)
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Cannot be a dual citizen. Interim Secret clearance required prior to start.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated 10 years Risk Management
• Demonstrated Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Root Cause Corrective Action or ASQ certification desired
• Demonstrated experience presenting to all internal and external levels an organization
• Excellent oral and written communications
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
