Legal Project and Contract Coordinator
The candidate will assist across offices, departments, and jurisdictions in maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate and contract records and responding to related inquiries. This role will be instrumental in the effective and efficient running of the department. In this role will collaborate with the Global Legal Team as well as with other departments. Support the legal team in all aspects of the contract management lifecycle including monitoring, processing, and coordinating contracts, and maintaining well-organized records within the firm’s contract management system. Assist the legal team in scheduling meetings, guest speakers, and team trainings. Support the legal team and other departments by maintaining accurate corporate records and documentation for legal entities across multiple domestic and foreign jurisdictions. Take an active role in managing and administering legal technology solutions (including SpringCM and SharePoint). Collaborate with finance and other departments to support their contract-related inquiries and audit requests. Other duties as assigned or needed.
