The candidate will work as a floater in the office, training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation. Shadow Case Managers. Order medical records from providers. Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carries. Investigate the nature and facts of cases. Learn to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers. Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case. High school diploma or GED degree is required. Should have 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support Role preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal department. Typing skills of 35+ WPM is required.
