Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative

The candidate will accurately initiate client files, review documents, assemble information and enter client data needed to complete the set-up process. Enter information found on the sign-up and intake documents into firm’s Litify database. Send out notice letters of the firm’s involvement in the case. Perform other duties as assigned. High school diploma degree is required; Associate’s degree preferred and/or 2+ years of office/clerical experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting. Prior experience with Litify or other CRM software is a plus.
