Intellectual Property and Commercial Contracts Associate

The candidate will work within the Intellectual Property Practice Group and assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in North Carolina. Should have 0-2 years of law firm experience. State Bar of North Carolina licensure is preferred. Should preferably have experience drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including technology agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, development agreements, material transfer agreements, and data sharing agreements. Prior IP experience is not required. Must have an interest in the life sciences industry and has exceptional drafting and analytical skills.
