We are looking for someone who can multitask, has strong organizational skills as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor to work in our Registration Department. A full-time Receptionist is needed to join our ever-growing agency. You will register clients for appointments as well as collect co-payments at time of service. Ability to participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with experience in community mental health/healthcare setting is preferred. The right candidate is flexible and available for some evening hours and provides program support as assigned. General office duties include basic and routine clerical and secretarial duties. Traveling between facilities may be required to provide coverage for all buildings often on short notice. Monday through Thursday hours will be day/evenings and Friday are day hours.
Education and Licensing Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent with some post-secondary education/training. One year of experience in customer service is preferred. Must have reliable vehicle, auto insurance and valid driver's license.
