The candidate will spot legal issues with new matter. Review, organize and analyze documentation from the clients. Present legal strategies via memos and advisory letters. Perform legal research on pertinent client issues. Assist with drafting business transactions documents. Draft and answer legal questions for marketing and sales teams. Prepare articles or blog posts on recent legal issues. Assist communication with clients. Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Be a member in good standing with the respective State’s Bar Association is required. Korean/Spanish skills are preferred.
