Senior Compliance Analyst, Insurance

The candidate will manage the development and implementation of a system for managing the insurance compliance, licensing, new law, complaints, and critical functions of the insurance operations. Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to support product launch plans domestically and internationally. Collaborate with legal and compliance team to continuously review and improve compliance procedures, reporting, and programs. Manage regulatory exam, complaint, and legal request response processes and procedures. Conduct moderately to high-complexity research to identify state, federal, and international requirements, analysis of applicable laws and regulations, and ensure that every operation and aspect of the insurance entities adhere to the rapidly evolving business landscape. Any other duties reasonably assigned by Company’s management. Insurance or risk management certifications or specialized training preferred. Paralegal or compliance-related education/experience preferred. Should have 8+ Years of relevant professional work experience related to personal lines insurance. Expert-level knowledge of state and federal insurance laws, NAIC standards, and NAIC and department of insurance entity management portals. Proven experience in managing legal and compliance functions for insurance companies. Knowledge about international insurance company management processes and regulations is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
