Life Sciences Transactional Associate
The candidate should be a junior to mid-level lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to join the life sciences transactions team that handles a variety of matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and collaboration agreements, joint ventures, commercial contracts and general corporate and commercial advice. A desire to focus primarily on clients in the life sciences industry is required. Relevant life sciences experience is a plus but is not necessary.
