Corporate Counsel
The candidate will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel of firm. Will be responsible for the following: Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, licensing agreements, supplier and related contracts, consulting agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Developing and implementing internal policies relating to regulatory and other compliance matters; Assisting in meeting ongoing contractual and regulatory obligations. Organizing the legal department’s general affairs, alfiliates' engaging with Samsung’ legal teams and managing external legal counsel; Implementing document management, Content sharing and building communications along with training systems to provide salable to support employees across the Company; Developing form documents and best practices to support the Company in a scalable way.
