Business Development Coordinator

The candidate will maintain and update collateral, representative work, and website content. Support team with seminars, webinars, receptions, sponsorships and attorney speaking engagements (includes: invites/e-Communications, agenda prep, materials management, RSVPs, website presence, external sponsors, etc.). Facilitate deal collection and league tables/rankings submissions. Maintain various lists critical for reporting on BD plan ROI. Track opportunity outcomes and targeting efforts. Bachelor’s degree is required. Should have 1+ years of experience in marketing, business and practice development, or a related field; exposure to a law firm environment is a plus.
