Business Development Coordinator
The candidate will monitor and create various daily reports and news alerts. Conduct background research as requested using the internet and internal firm resources such as Westlaw. Oversee and proofread postings to multiple websites, biographies, firm materials, blogs, and social media accounts. Assist with coordination of proposals and RFPs. Data entry across multiple programs including Salesforce and deal collection list. Coordinate and oversee various Firm-wide business development activities and initiatives. Support practice areas with requests regarding promotional and internal meeting materials. Manage e-mail campaigns and monitor related analytics using software systems such as Constant Contact, Google Analytics, and LeadLander. Assist in securing placement of articles in third party publications. Assist in the planning of seminars, conferences, and other firm-sponsored events including CLEs. Edit and proofread marketing materials including brochures, firm advertisements, announcements, proposals, etc.. Assist attorneys and business development with speaking engagement preparation. Provide additional marketing and administrative support as needed. Should have Bachelor’s degree. Should preferably have 2-3 years of work experience in a law firm or a marketing/PR role.
