The candidate' must be a bright, motivated and experienced attorney to join our litigation practice in Columbia, SC. Preferred applicants should possess 4 to 12 years of experience, including litigation experience in one or more of the following subject matter areas: construction, government contracts, False Claims Act, complex commercial or business litigation, and class action defense. Prior experience in trials and arbitration – including pre-trial preparation, depositions, voluminous and complex document and ESI discovery, and arguing substantive motions is critical. Each candidate must possess a good academic record, exceptional communication skills, research and writing skills, and must be ready and willing to handle matters both independently and as part of a larger litigation team.
