The Director, Enterprise Insurance Risk will be responsible for leading the Company’s enterprise insurance programs and team, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.

In this role you will:

Manage the Enterprise Risk Insurance program for the enterprise

Manage a team of insurance professionals and ensure alignment of identified risks with enterprise insurance coverage and exposures

Manage the company’s captive insurance program, including building a strategy around which lines of insurance should be included in the captive program, in close partnership with Treasury and Tax

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure an optimal risk portfolio

Requirements: (Must meet or exceed all basic requirements to be eligible)

7 years aggregate of insurance risk, enterprise risk, actuarial and/or other risk-related experience

3 years of people management experience

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Experience communicating to senior organizational leaders (e.g., executive vice presidents) and a board of directors

Experience in managing one or more risk-related tools (e.g., Archer, Riskonnect, etc.)

Bachelor’s Degree

Strong negotiating skills

Demonstrated leadership skills

Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships internally and externally
