Unified Communication Engineer
The candidate will manage, maintain and provide technical advice on telecommunications systems. Monitor and maintain systems for any issues that may arise and resolve these in an expedited fashion. Maintain a pristine platform by monthly review and cleanup as required. Telco Vendor Management and review. Fax Solutions (Current support and future ideas). Other duties as required to meet the requirements of the position. Experience working with the following: Cisco Call Manager 11 – 12.x, Cisco Unity Connect, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Reception Console Management (DNA), System management and maintaining all current levels of software, Jabber (Management, Maintenance, and support), Emergency Responder (DNA), VPN Telephony Support, SIP, SBCCUBE, Meraki switching and wireless ability to create and maintain updated and accurate documentation (Visio and other tools); ability to think forward on innovative technologies and a willingness to come forward to present innovative ideas; ability to have clear and efficient communications within the End User Compute team, other IT technical teams, IT support teams, and end-user business units. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Being comfortable and effective with remote tools while working across teams is required; the ability to cross-train areas of your strength to others on the team; the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations (like outages) to help guide the situation when warranted and work with multiple levels of IT with compressed time constraints; able to work under pressure to tight project deadlines and can adapt to differing demands, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload.
