The candidate reviews accounts prior to litigation, ensuring all client and WWR standards have been met. Requests specific documentation via Client Media department and review to ensure PII is accurate, redacted and court requirements are met. Reviews documentation for balance, consumer name, client name, interest requirements and any bill of sales if applicable. Determines need for any suit authorization or court costs needs and works with the appropriate department to request. Responds to client requests via appropriate channels and investigates accounts for resolves. Closes accounts accordingly to established procedures. Works with Supervisor and Business Analyst to meet client expectations. Performs data entry functions to update account notes and complete a check list for audit details. Completes various Department reports as needed. Complete all required training applicable to assigned position. Additional duties as requested or required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Should have 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Legal experience is preferred. Typing skills of 45+ WPM is required, 10 key is a plus.
