Labor Associate
The candidate will work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. Employment law background and basic familiarity are a plus. Should have 3-7 years of traditional labor law experience, working with or without partner oversight on litigation of unfair labor practice charges or grievances in labor arbitration, advising on labor law matters, researching labor law issues, or participating in or advising on collective bargaining. Other areas of expected experience include case law research, and brief and motion drafting. Excellent academic credentials and a solid work ethic are needed. Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple matters (litigation, charges, bargaining, research, etc.) simultaneously. Experience and understanding of federal rules (trial or appellate) and NLRB rules is a plus.
