Must be currently seeking a third year law school student (JD Degree year 2021). Must have relevant tax experience Will have interest in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance. Will have excellent communication skills and great work ethic, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
