Wireless Real Estate Specialist
The candidate will be preparing, verifying and running daily rent payments and reconciling accounts. Prioritizing and troubleshooting inquiries from landlords and real estate field personnel and resolving issues in a timely manner. Reviewing payment terms and recommending actions to ensure continuity of rent obligations and avoid expiration of sites that are critical to the network. Providing project support and coordination for network projects and special initiatives to meet critical deadlines. Resolving tax related issues in collaboration with taxing authorities, landlords, real estate teams, and outside counsel. Ensuring the integrity of financial and non-financial data in the core databases and accurately updating information. Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of work experience is required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
