Responsibilities: Research and analyze information relevant to state contractor licensing guidelines and secretary of state filing procedures to ensure company compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information needed for accurate and timely submission of various applications, registrations, filings, renewals, and applicable fees, monitor status to completion. Serve as company resource by responding to requests for information regarding licensing with clear, concise summary of requirements. Ensure the accurate filing and organization of corporate records, both paper and electronic. Maintain tracking log of deadlines to ensure timely submission of license and annual report renewals. Retrieve, compile, format, compose, and revise letters, spreadsheets, tables, presentations, and other printed material for department staff from verbal direction or from knowledge of procedures using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, proof and edit your own work and the work of others. Coordinate invoice approval and processing, perform accounts payable research in SAP, and prepare expense reports in Concur. Assist department and others within organization with planning of meetings, travel arrangements, and other related duties as assigned or requested. Other duties as requested by leadership.
