Immigration Paralegal
The candidate to join in-house immigration department. Will participate in all aspects of the department's employment based immigration practice. Will draft H-1B, L-1 and TN petitions, file LCAs with the Department of Labor, and draft permanent residency based documents including, PERM applications, Form I-140s, and Form I-485s. A bachelors degree or higher and 1-3 years of quality employment based immigration paralegal experience is preferred. Must be detailed oriented, possess excellent writing skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
