Contracts Manager
The candidate manages the coordination of activities related to sourcing and qualification of service companies. Measures and evaluates proposals with operations and business development to ensure potential service companies meet specified requirements by service line, are financially competitive, and optimize value for client. Maintains timely control of Purchase Orders, Subcontracts & Amendments, and other documents to assure accurate retention of records and compliance. Manages the creation of applicable trainings, forms, and process documents for Subcontracted Services program. Manages the tracking and reporting for Subcontracted Services related financials, and advises Procurement Managers with information regarding market trends, new partnerships and forecasts for increases & decreases of services that may affect cost. Manages the support for Site operational teams on FAQs for Subcontracted Services. Manages the support for Subcontractors who need assistance with the program compliance initiatives, on behalf of the EHS & RISK department. Assists organization with the development of long-term plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay projects for program/process improvements. Manages SharePoint Sites for Subcontracted Services Program. Should have a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate degree, including J.D., preferred, or an individual with a paralegal certificate or currently attending law school. Mastery of Microsoft word editing and review functionality, NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred.
