Duties: Post-sale document review for Default Services department of national law firm representing high end clients. Precise review at end of complex multi-year foreclosure process. Oversaw recording of deeds and tax forms (TP-584.1, RP-5217, Peconic Bay Tax Form, ACRIS/Westchester E-Prep Forms). Filing of miscellaneous sale documents (memorandum of sale, affidavits of publication and posting). Worked with opposing counsel to obtain corrections and necessary signatures, working with real property county clerks in localities in all regions of State to obtain accurate information and updated forms. Assisting plaintiffs in multi-year worker’s compensation case. Receiving records from plaintiffs, scanning and uploading into firm database. Receiving calls from plaintiffs answering pertinent questions and providing instructions for necessary client action. Organizing of case information in firm database. Organization of tax return forms for individuals, c-corporations, s-corporations. Electronic stamping, printing, and stapling. Preparing said forms for CPA signatures. Records filing for Sotheby Wine Shop. Overseeing client delivery with warehouse associates and recipients of orders. Answering phones and welcoming clients for various start-up companies.
