The candidate will carry out support activities of the Associate Counsels covering a broad variety of legal matters. Drafting, reviewing and editing agreements, contracts and other documents. Developing and maintaining the corporate records of Markem-Imaje and its affiliates. Developing and maintaining files, database and systems to collect, store and retrieve data on contracts and agreements. Coordinating insurance requests. Completing special projects and other assignments as needed. Any other administrative tasks as arrive or evolve. Excellent English language skills, verbal and written. French and/or Spanish is a must. 3+ years of experience as an in-house paralegal (specifically, experience in drafting, negotiating, and/or processing legal documents). Strong delivery focus and organizational skills to deliver to agreed timescales.
