Safran Aerosystems (SAO) - Legal Counsel
Duties: Providing overall legal advice to operational people and other support functions of SAO in order to mitigate legal risks associated with the conduct of the operations and providing bespoke legal advice (sales and procurement), incl. RFPs, new or existing contracts. Coordinating with contract managers and legal teams, if any, as required from daily operations. Alignment of contractual practices across SAO in compliance with laws and applicable Policies, Standards and Procedures. Keeping the management and SAO Legal informed and supporting them in their analysis and decision-making processes.
