Legal Assistant

The candidate will be supporting multiple attorneys and assist in calendaring, appointments setting, scheduling, docket management, drafting communications, and other attorney-support activities. Preparing form documents, creating case files electronically, and coordinating execution of documents, ensuring that the case schedules are met, collect required documents from a variety of sources, online filing of documents, and performing regular case status checks. College degree is preferred. 2+ years of experience in a similar position is desirable. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have good verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of patent prosecution practice is a plus.
