The candidate will research and analyze complex corporate transactions & disclosure statements filed with the Securities Exchange Commission as they relate to developing legal theories. Must have Master’s Degree in Securities/Corporate/ Finance/Trade Law. 2 years’ experience on the job or as a lawyer or eligible to take the NY State Bar is required . MBA or related financial analytical experience preferred.
