Job Summary

Responsible for managing premium accounts, including brand objectives and SLA's included in the Premium Account's Master Service Agreement. Works with portfolio stakeholders to establish and achieve goals. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure all directives are completed.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Service as the account manager for Premium level accounts.

Responsible for understanding Master Service Agreements and ensuring SLA's aremaintained based on brand standards.

Monitors all tickets and correspondence from customers while triaging to the proper teams.

Maintains communication with stakeholders. Ability to train, host weekly/monthly/quarterly calls, and produce reports for customers on an as needed basis.

Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Pay Range: $22.49 - $33.74

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
