Instructor-General Practice Clinic

Duties : Represent low-income clients on a broad range of issues including family law , health, employment , TANF, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, bankruptcy, and estate planning. The Clinic will emphasize the representation of senior citizens and veterans. Students enrolled in the General Practice Clinic will use a range of legal skills on behalf of clients in settings that include administrative tribunals and trial and appellate courts in the District of Columbia.
