\u003cli\u003eEnsures that incoming and outgoing volume is directed to the correct destination and leaves on time.\u0026nbsp;\\\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCommunicates delays or any issues to the \u003cstrong\u003eGM or\u0026nbsp;Hub Manager\u003c/strong\u003e and anyone else that needs to know; quickly prioritizes work to prevent service failures.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOn rare occasion may need to deliver delayed packages to customers.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003e\u0026nbsp;Conducts pre-sort meetings, keeping employees informed of daily goals, upcoming events and maintains an open line of communication to engage employees.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the collection, loading and tracking of all packages per SOPs.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssists with daily planning of sort times and staffing; tracks attendance and manages sorter performance. Stays within budgeted labor hours for sorters adjusting staffing when necessary.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinates equipment including trailers, tractors and congears.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for setting up company driver\u0026rsquo;s routes as well as assisting in line haul planning with different vendors. Requires working knowledge of the CBA (where applicable).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerforms any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.\u003c/li\u003e
