The candidate will be responsible for: managing client relationships, drafting agreements, helping to lead the coordination and execution of successful transactions, and supporting the practice by performing research and writing as needed. Excellent academic credentials are required. Must have 4-8 years of legal experience in a major national or international law firm. Experience in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds is required. Additional experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus. Should be licensed or eligible to practice law in the state of hire and be in good standing.
