Paralegal (capital Markets)

The candidate will be responsible for on-going interaction and communication with attorneys, opposing counsel, clients and other third parties. Oversee and coordinate transaction closings and assist attorneys in reviewing, organizing, obtaining and preparing closing documentation. Conduct pre-closings, coordinate execution of closing documents and maintain transaction files. Assemble and distribute all post-closing documentation to transaction parties. Fulfill requests and field questions from clients and transaction parties. Maintain all records for completed transactions. Prepare and ensure timely filing of UCC financing statements and continuations. Must have Bachelor's Degree desired. Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, writing skills and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Basic skills in MS Word, Outlook, Explorer, Adobe Acrobat and Excel.
