Position PurposeThe IT Delivery Manager leads the delivery of technology initiatives, drives execution across multiple product and platform teams by applying industry-leading software development practices. Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for delivery of product features or project releases using the applicable delivery methodologiesManage portfolio(s) to bring visibility to roadmap and progress of key prioritiesResponsible for cross-product integration across teamsProactively plan to mitigate risks, issues, and constraints, and enable visibility to inter-dependenciesEffectively communicate and continually manage expectations with team members and stakeholdersCoach product teams on the processes and tools within the agile framework, leveraging industry-leading practicesPosition RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required. Master’s Degree/MBA preferredA minimum of 5 years’ experience as a scrum master/technology project/program managerExperience with large scale technology product deliveryExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and toolsScrum Master certification preferredCreative problem solver, with strong analytical skillsCollaborative aptitude and experience working in a fast paced, ever-evolving environmentExperience working with agile/scrum methodologyAbility to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences, both technical and nontechnical
