Winston & Strawn's Charlotte office has an immediate need for a mid-level associate to join its litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of broad based, general litigation experience. Complex commercial litigation and/or government investigations background is preferred, but not required. In addition to having strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills, the candidate should have strong organizational and analytical skills. Candidates should have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, manage a large caseload efficiently, and be able to provide excellent client service. All candidates must be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
