Job Description
Senior Identity Access Management Analyst will perform the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in all Controls & Governance activities including:
o Development and Interpretation of Control Standards, Procedures
o Development and measurement of Key Risk Indicators
o Conducting Risk Control Self Assessments
o Execution of IAM controls including Periodic Access Review
o Issue identification and management
o Liaison with other oversight organizations such as audit teams
• Advisory on process changes impacting IAM workflows to ensure compliance with firm standards
• Participate in developing IAM solutions – representing the GRC needs
• Communicate and educate business and IT colleagues on IAM GRC topics
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 70,000
Maximum: 140,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 3 years of experience with IT Audit, Controls & Governance, Risk, and/or compliance
•3 years of knowledge and experience with legal, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• 3 years of experience working with standards such NIST 800, ISO 27000
• 3 years of experience and Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI Audits
• 3 years of experience in Controls Testing, defining Key Risk Indicators conducting Risk Control Self-Assessment
• Analytic and strategic thinker capable of translating senior-level direction and corporate risk management policies and procedures into structured, practical, efficient, and effective business processes.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Self-starter, ability to work across organizations, drive projects to closure – result and relationship focused.
• Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and present conclusions convincingly
• Strong verbal, written, and presentations skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry Certifications (CISSP, PCI QSA or ISA, PCIP, CISA, CISM and/or CRISC) preferred
• Experience with compliance or regulatory issues preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and presentations skills
• Exposure to IAM technology, solutions and concepts – Authentication, Authorization etc.
