Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
The candidate will work for estate planning, probate and business law firm. Should have excellent phone and client relations skills, be confident working both on a team (taking work and direction from other employees) and independently, have superior skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, be familiar with ProDoc e-filing and Docusign e-signing processes and be excited about treating clients, vendors and teammates as the candidate would wish to be treated. Additional consideration will be given for: Current Notary Public license and experience; Experience with preparation of fee agreements and follow-up with clients; Experience with Firm Central Document and Form Builder or similar online document preparation program; Experience with eBillity or similar timeslip/billing program; Experience researching documents in public records, including deeds, assumed name certificates, etc. Experience in managing client execution of estate planning, business and probate documents. Spanish fluency is a plus.
