The firm offers summer associates well-rounded opportunities including robust training and development, interesting work assignments, mentorship, relationship building, and community engagement. The summer associates grow through work assignments such as drafting transactional documents, researching and writing legal research memos, drafting significant portions of briefs, framing discovery requests, and learning the mechanics of closing deals. They are also included in unique client opportunities such as meetings, hearings, closings, depositions, and trials. Second-year law students from ABA-accredited law schools will be considered. Demonstrated academic achievement is needed. Professional experience prior to attending law school, community engagement work, or participation in law school activities such as student organizations, Law Review, or Moot Court is viewed favorably. Interest in one or more of the firm's core practice groups is essential. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
