The candidate must have broad exposure to will-drafting, estate planning, estate and trust administration and settlement. Strong academic background required with a tax background, LLM in tax preferred. Exceptional research and writing skills, team oriented and committed work ethic. Strong background in estates, gift and fiduciary income tax preferred. Must have the experience to sufficiently assist with reviewing the work of more junior associates and to function fairly independently, while coordinating and communicating effectively with the partner in charge of the client. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the NY State Bar. Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus.
