Job Description:

Where you fit in –

The role of the Compliance Delivery Coordinator is to implement and uphold the Shell brand compliance management for the US Mobility network. As a part of that commitment, this role will own the delivery of key compliance programs and tools that will support the US Wholesalers and Retailers to deliver what matters most to Shell customers consistently at each site. This role will work collaboratively with both the Programs Strategy Lead and the Customer Experience Coordinator to support, implement and drive daily compliance amongst key programs.

What’s the role -

Effectively manage the Product Quality Assurance program. Work collaboratively with the Strategy Lead and Customer Experience coordinator to align objectives, targets and drive best compliance outcomes

Responsible for maintaining/reviewing Zdaly Product Quality Assurance Dashboard

Once failing sites are identified, responsible for going through process to determine commingling sites

If sites fail, notice to debrand letters sent with option to enter into settlement agreement

If site settles, manage drafting of settlement, and advise all stakeholders involved

If site debrands, manage debranding process to ensure site is taken off network

Track revenue recapture management and reporting

Responsible for vendor management, including bi-monthly meetings with Authentix/Zdaly, Business Performance Reviews conducted with Contracts and Procurement lead

Responsible for managing Product Quality Assurance Compliance email box

Responsible for managing Purchase Orders / budget / invoice payment for Authentix/Zdaly

Effectively manage the Drug Paraphernalia program

At the end of Mystery Motorist Programn (MMP) Period shops, review sites missing the drug question and validate violation

Advise Sales Managers/Territory Managers of sites in violation and that sites will receive letters

Provide list of sites to Salesforce to send out violation letters

Draft wholesalers accounts 30 days from the date of letter

Advise internal stakeholders of draft

Manage revenue recapture

Manage Mystery Motorist Program debrand process

Track sites with 3 MMP fails and ensure Salesforce sends out letter

Works with Sales to keep focus on wholesalers viewing letters/signing settlement agreements

If settlement agreement is signed, draft wholesaler account and ensure debranding event is suspended

If no settlement agreement, work to ensure site is debranded and removed from the network

Work a central way of managing the overall debrand process. Create an automated process to replace the manual ways of working

Effectively manage Ad Hoc legal issues with the collaboration of Programs Strategy Lead and Legal

Legal requests for lawsuits

Activities at sites that warrant engagement with Legal and External Communications

What we need from you -

A legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer

Bachelor’s degree or in any related field is preferred.

At least three (3) years’ experience with relevant experience in other industries.
