The candidate will help build and maintain commercial contracting tools and processes, including maintaining contract management system, developing efficient workflows and onboarding new vendors. Support management of outside counsel by assisting with engagement agreements, analyzing outside counsel billing practices against in-house requirements and maintaining outside counsel billing policies. Drive strategic projects as assigned by management. Assist with preparation and delivery of self-help tools and resources such as tool kits, playbooks, training materials and policy documents. Draft routine contracts using approved templates, including non-disclosure agreements, powers of attorney, letters of authority, consents and settlement agreements. Research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information.
