Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation and will work directly with the managing partner. The firm is looking for an independent, driven attorney who adheres to ethical practices and is capable of managing a workload with minimal supervision.

Location:

• Tucson, Arizona

Duties:

• Handle civil litigation cases from initiation through resolution.
• Support and collaborate directly with the managing partner.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings and depositions.
• Manage a caseload independently, ensuring deadlines and client needs are met.
• Provide legal counsel and advice on various civil matters.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and office behavior.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Arizona State Bar License required.
• Additional bar admissions are a plus.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent organizational, reasoning, and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Professional presentation and team-player attitude.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to the firm's ethical standards.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Arizona State Bar License (Required)
• Additional state bar certifications preferred.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication and judgment skills.
• Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
