Creative Marketing Manager

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, out of home, commercials, social, sponsorships, or publications. Leading a team of creative professionals (internal and external), meet with company executives to determine scripts, and visual and audio needs for commercials for TV, radio, cable, and social media to complete projects. Researching, developing, planning, creating, and overseeing the development of company marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding. Heading brand and direct response campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development and production of all creative content. Managing all resources (external and internal) involved with the creation and production of the commercials, publications, sponsorships, or social media. Working with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals. Presenting project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives. Forecasting, overseeing, and tracking the budgets associated with all creative production projects. Working with the Social/CRM coordinator, managing website updates. Tracking and analyzing performance data to understand the effectiveness of the strategy and creativity and make recommendations on how to revise creatives or messaging to drive results. Bringing big ideas to the table, obtaining buy-in, and effectively implementing new ideas. Cultivating positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, external studios, and other stakeholders to forward our position.
