Corporate Counsel

The candidate will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, purchasing, master service, joint promotion, sponsorship, license, benefits and software agreements. Provide legal support and advice regarding the breadth of general corporate matters. Identify and analyze potential legal issues and develop creative and business-focused legal advice and solutions. Manage projects involving legal compliance matters such as data privacy. Work with senior management and all levels of employees within the organization. Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned in areas of Corporate Law. Should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and 8+ years of experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house roles. Licensed to practice law in MA. Able to work independently and collaboratively across business teams. Proven expertise in general contract law. Experience in some combination of advertising, data privacy, or information security preferred. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong communication and analytical skills. Committed to setting priorities, acting efficiently and responding to competing demands.
