International Tax Senior Manager

The candidate will be responsible for advising clients of the tax implications relating to their business objectives, recommending alternate courses of action, as well as identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations. Charging with marketing, networking and business development within his/her area of experience and specialization and maintaining key client relationships. Bachelor’s degree is required; degree with a focus in Accounting is preferred. J. D., LL.M., and/or MST/MBT is preferred. Should have 8+ years of prior experience in corporate tax, international taxation, legal professional services or equivalent experience gained through an advanced degree program. Experience in international tax is required. Experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis is required. Experience utilizing RIA, BNA, Lexis Nexis and/or Westlaw is preferred. CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) (or the equivalent of one of these designations) is required.
